New sighting…… Kia Picanto GTI?!

Sighted one heavily modded Kia Pica around Hougang. Good grief, saw it a couple of times. Always had the impression that it looked like the Golf GTI.

It is a Picanto! but i kinda like the Black and White Scheme,
