Is his car so big that he has to park in a lot reserved for the handicapped? I know this car cost about $150++ Grand

This is what taxi driver Mak Poh Wing, 48, wants to know.
This was see at carpark between Block 7 and Block 8 of Yung Kuang Road at about 5pm on 16 Sept. "I saw him parking there quite a few times," he said.

Mr Mak said the driver does not even live in the area.
